All content sold or published on this website — including workbooks, templates, checklists, design files, prompts, copy, graphics and the LocalBusinessKit.in name and logo — is the intellectual property of Kanmani Kirubakaran and is protected by applicable copyright law. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership or copyright to you.

On successful payment you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, lifetime licence to use the purchased files for your own business. You may:

• Use the templates and workbooks for your own business or your own brand.
• Edit and customise the templates with your business details, logo and colours.
• Publish the resulting posts, pages and messages on your own channels.

If you are an agency or freelancer and wish to use the kit for client work, please contact us for a suitable licence.

You may not copy, upload, publish or distribute the files — in whole or in part — on any website, drive, group, marketplace, course, forum or social platform, whether free or paid.

You may not resell, sublicense, rebrand, repackage or claim authorship of the products, or create derivative products for sale based substantially on their content.

Download links, drive folders and access credentials are issued for your personal use only. Sharing them with others is not permitted. We may revoke access without refund where we detect sharing, unauthorised distribution or other misuse.

Our products are provided on an "as is" basis for educational and practical use. We make no guarantee of specific search rankings, enquiries, sales or business results, as outcomes depend on your market, effort and implementation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LocalBusinessKit.in and Kanmani Kirubakaran shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the products. Our total liability in any case is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

Third-party platforms referenced in the kit — such as Google, WhatsApp, Meta and Canva — operate under their own policies, which may change at any time. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for those platforms.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and may include applicable taxes. We may revise pricing, launch-offer discounts, bundles and product contents at any time without prior notice. Price changes do not affect orders already completed, and an earlier or later price is not grounds for a refund or price adjustment.

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Support covers access and delivery of your purchase, and reasonable questions about how to use the templates. It does not include done-for-you services, custom design work, or account management for your business. Email support@localbusinesskit.in and we aim to respond within 2–3 business days.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising in connection with the website or its products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tamil Nadu, India.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page with its last-updated date. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
