Refund Policy

All products sold on LocalBusinessKit.in — including the Google Business Profile Workbook, Local SEO Starter Workbook, GBP Design Kit, WhatsApp Marketing Toolkit and bonus resources — are digital files delivered instantly after successful payment.

Access is provided on the confirmation page immediately after checkout, and a download link is also sent to the email address you provide during purchase.

Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, they cannot be returned. Once access has been granted or the files have been downloaded, the purchase is considered final and refunds are generally not available.

This applies to reasons such as change of mind, accidental purchase after download, lack of time to use the material, or the expectation of results that depend on how the templates are implemented.

If you are unable to access or download your purchase, please contact us. We will help you regain access — for example by resending your download link or providing an alternative delivery method.

• Contact us within 7 days of purchase for the fastest resolution.
• Include the email address used at checkout and your Razorpay transaction ID.
• Describe the issue and, if possible, attach a screenshot.

If we are unable to deliver the product to you at all despite reasonable effort, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

If you were charged more than once for the same order due to a payment error, contact us with both transaction IDs. Verified duplicate charges are refunded in full.

Approved refunds are processed through Razorpay to the original payment method. Once initiated, the amount typically reflects in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Our workbooks and templates are educational and practical resources. Results depend on your business, market, effort and consistency in applying the material. We do not guarantee specific rankings, leads, enquiries or revenue, and outcomes are not grounds for a refund.
